In subscription based plan(s); a Full Refund will be issued if Accounting Guide CA is unable to resolve even a single issue for the client within the first 48 Hours of the subscription activation.
If Accounting Guide CAs has resolved one or more instances then the fees for the Subscription Service is not refundable. However Accounting Guide CA may, at its sole discretion and on investigation of the case basis, agree to refund of Subscription charges after deducting fees for service availed by the Client.
For incident based plans, Client is eligible for refund only if any of the following scenarios:

  • Client have all the pre-requisites required to resolve the issue however issue not resolved till the account was in active timeline.
  • Out of scope issue for the specific plan
  • 48 Hours have passed after the unresolved issue was last worked upon by an Accounting Guide CA technician with availability of all pre-requisites required to resolve the issue.
